Terms for Placing Orders
We accept designs to be digitized via email, land mail, or fax. The cleaner and higher-resolution the artwork the better the final design will be. Please add the size needed and colors to be used and mark them on the picture. We work with several embroidery languages, such as Tajima (DST), Melco Expanded (DOS), and Toyota. Please request which embroidery language you desire when ordering. We have several more languages, but they do not send over the internet. The above listed lanuages are the most common, and most embroidery machines can use one of these formats.
Digitizing: Prices are $8/1000 stitches, minimum of $35.00 per design. Resizing prices vary depending in size and difficulty of your design. Reformats are $10/10,000 stitches. Any changes made to a design that we digitized that are not artwork changes, will be done as soon as possible and at no charge. There will be a extra charge, if the artwork is changed in any way after the design has been finished.Embroidery: Prices are $1/1000 stitches with a $6.00 minimum per item. Larger quanities, please call or email for a quote.
Quotes and Estimates:
You may send your designs as any Photoshop format, pic, jpg, bmp, tif, or you can send your item and we can scan it in and then send it back to you. Note: Fee for shipping and handling will apply.
Rough draft estimates generally take one to two days to arrive to you through email or fax, once your artwork arrives. The final design takes 1-3 business days to finish and is sent by email or by land mail. Shipping and handling is added to land mail. Note: Land mail designs will take longer to arrive to you than email.
All products that are not pre-paid will be invoiced via fax or email every Thursday or Friday. Existing customers are on Net-30 day terms. Payments are accepted by check, cashier's check, money order, and PayPal (which accepts credit cards). Before sending the final products, all new customers are required to fill out or write out a personal statement accepting the Net-30 day terms. This statement must include all applicable data that follows: Company Name, Your Name, Mailing Address, Fax Number, Telephone Number, Email Address, Federal ID Number for your business. This must be signed and dated by a representative of your company.
NOTE NEW POLICY: ALL BILLS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS TO AVOID A LATE FEE. A LATE FEE OF $1.00 WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH DESIGN NOT PAID FOR ON THE PREVIOUS BILL.
